Flashing neon lights, the buzzing of static and the faded footsteps of a peaceful night. A door swings open, the alcohol fills the air, laughter and warmth leaving the bar with Aidan. A stumbling step hits the ground, mud and murky water splashing everywherw. "Hey what the fuck!? Who put that puddle there!?" The intoxicated man would say shaking his feet trying to get rid of the mud[break][break]

"Hey Rowan! Careful with the puddle... Don't drown on it lil buddy" He'd slur out almost falling but barely being able to catch himself on the wall. "That's a good wall" He'd pat the red brick wall like a good old friend.[break][break]

"Come on maaaaaaa... ugh! We got shit to do still!" The in fact had nothing more today but the night was still young.[break][break]

Trying to stretch the drunk out of himself, he'd stare into the darkness and everyone knows what happens when you stare too long into the depths ofdarkness. "Red or Blue?" ...It asks us to pick a color? Aidan would strain his blurry vision trying to figure out where the disembodied voice was coming from. "Well... Fuck it!" He'd drunkenly shrug. "RED is a good color."[break][break]

He slurred, dragging a hand along the wall to help find his path around the obstacle his friend found themselves in. "I'm a bit...a bit..." Rowan lost the word, though he was sure he was going to express that he wasn't too drunk to fall for the same pitfall. "Fuck..." [break][break]

Eyes squinted attempting to make out what being beckoned to them in the darkness, declaring that the two of them choose a color. "Red? Are you daft?" Rowan chuckled, taking a few steps forward and shifting his weight onto a nearby dumpster, solid as it was. "Blue is CLEARLY the right one, mate." What better color was there than that of the ocean? Aidan would turn around, and look towards Rowan when his choice had been the obvious wrong choice, the most disturbed and disgusted expression he could drunkenly muster. "Aree... You!? Dumb??" He'd question the man before hic-uping his argument away.[break][break]

Now going back towards the shady and not at all suspicious... Ring? Why was there a ring there now? Had they bumped into a blue hedgehog without noticing!? There was no way.[break][break]

Squinting towards the ring when suddenly he was jump-scared by the Porygon-Z emerging from the magical ring and spooking the life out of him. [break][break]

In the process of getting scared he's also los balnce and come crashing to the ground, ass first but also flinging a pokeball towards one of the poor and confused Porygon-Z! No one would ever believe their story[break][break]

"I told you Aidan, we are living in a simulation! All of this was created by the Unown, we're just programs imagined by ancient architects!" He shouted, perhaps a bit louder than he intended. After what he'd seen in The Cloud and lived in the alternate Galar, was it really all that farfetched?[break][break]

All the ranting and raving in the world didn't stop the Porgyon, however. "I'm gonna catch me an Agent Smith..." Fumbling for an empty Pokéball, he finally managed to grasp one after dropping a couple onto the pavement. "I know Kung-Fu!" Rowan declared as he launched one of the Pokéballs towards a Porygon.

How were they to explain this to literally anyone!? They weren't that bad, they could have been at a much worse state, was what Aidan would think like if he hadn't noticed that he was still ass touching the ground and the planet spinning. Three pokeballs shaking in front of him, or was it only one, only time would tell. [break][break]

"You're fucking right! That dream must have been the true reality and they're trying to bring us back!" He'd hiccup at least 4 times in that simple sentence. Watching Rowan start kung-fu fighting like he had walked through a Tarountula web, it was beautiful, like watching the sunset from a great mountain.[break][break]

Slowly tumbling up by the great help of a firm wall near him. "You know... Ugh... I think we need more." If they drank enough to forget the night then it never happened, right? It wasn't every night that a rocket and a league member walked into a bar, there was a joke there somewhere. [break][break]

"Or..." A hiccup. "Oooooor.. Wefindsomething weird to do." He'd point towards the kung fu master in front of him, as if whatever came out of his lips was the greatest idea in the face of Hoenn.[break][break]
